1. Set up 4 unwinding stations, and the unwinding adopts a non-powered unwinding mechanism, equipped with an air expansion shaft and a magnetic powder clutch. The air shaft can change rolls quickly and accurately, and the magnetic powder clutch can prevent the roll drum from stopping suddenly during the pulling process and continuing to roll forward due to inertia. Each unwinding station has 50mm adjustment space. The slideway of the glass fiber roller is lengthened, and it is enough to reserve a gap adjustment space. The unwinding height is 720mm from the ground.

2. The fixed-length pulling part is installed on the cutting knife frame of A-B station, and the pulling track is installed sideways. It adopts aluminum profile and synchronous belt walking mechanism. The cutting length is adjustable from 0mm to 2500mm, and the pulling speed is adjustable from 10mm/s to 1000mm/s. The value is displayed on the operation screen, and the cutting is carried out after the pulling is in place.

3. The cutting part is composed of a set of pressure-type rubber rollers and an automatic cloth cutting knife.
