Electrostatic voltage should not be too high, generally controlled at about 60-70Kv. If the voltage is too high, the powder attached to the surface of the workpiece will rebound and pit. Spray powder should pay attention to ensure the thickness of the film, generally controlled between 70-100μm can be conducive to the formation of obvious patterns and larger patterns, thin film is not obvious pattern, and the pattern is small, and there will be shortcomings such as pitting.

Curing should be baked according to the specified temperature and time. If the temperature is too low and the time is too short, the powder will not form a pattern, and the mechanical properties will be greatly reduced due to incomplete curing. In addition, due to the particularity of the production process of fine art pattern powder, after spraying with recycled powder, its pattern will become smaller or not obvious changes, so it is generally recommended that the recycled powder of fine art powder should not be used. It must also be tested.
