Only when the particles reach a certain fineness and the suction force of the induced wind is greater than the resistance of the fan separator, the material can be ejected from the pulverizer. Increasing the air volume of the induced draft fan and reducing the rotating speed of the fan blade separator can reduce the resistance of the material to go out and make the particle size larger. On the contrary, the particle size becomes smaller. Under the condition of constant wind pressure and fan blade separator speed, the mixture of material and air is evenly distributed in the separation area. Therefore, the material discharged from the pulverizer has a relatively concentrated particle size distribution.
