In the process of powder making, the work of pressing, cooling and crushing materials is completed. The hot material of the extruder is compressed and cooled by the pressing roller, and then conveyed by the conveying steel belt and cooled by air. After reaching the crushing roller, it is crushed into small flake materials required by the air classifying mill.
The thickness of the cooling belt can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 0.5-3mm according to the needs of users. Tablet roller and crushing roller are plated with hard chrome on the surface. Cooling belt YPJ1000 is pushed by using a frequency conversion motor, and the sprocket is pushed by way of a reducer. The discount machine drives the nodal stainless metal conveyor belt, the tablet roller, and the crushing curler to go synchronously.
The material extruded through the extruder falls vertically between the two rollers, and as the curler rotates, the warm material is added into the hole between the rollers for extrusion. Because cold water flows through the tableting roller, its surface has a lower temperature, causing the surface to shrink sharply and break away from the material after it arrives, and the tableting process is completed continuously. The thickness of the tablet can be adjusted with the aid of adjusting the hole between the tablet rollers.
