CNC Bending Machine
CNC press brake is a mechanical equipment used for bending metal sheets. It is controlled by a computer numerical control system to bend the metal plate along the predetermined bending line, thereby deforming the flat plate into a workpiece of the required shape.
CNC bending machines use hydraulic or mechanical force to apply bending force, combined with the movement of the upper and lower molds to complete the bending process. Machine operators usually set parameters such as bending angle, bending length and bending force through a control panel or computer interface. The CNC system will automatically adjust and control the movement of the machine tool based on these parameters to achieve accurate bending processing.
Bending machine processing range:
Iron plate: The longest length can be processed up to 12 meters and the thickest thickness can be up to T16
Stainless steel plate: the longest can be processed to 12 meters, the thickest can be processed to T16
Copper plate: the longest can be processed to 12 meters, the thickest can be processed to T25
